Making a Purchase
Buying items from our web shop is designed to be easy and enjoyable. Just browse our store and add your chosen items for purchase to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on “Check Out”. You will then be asked for a few details in order to process your order.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once the products ordered have been despatched (a confirmation email that goods have been despatched will be sent to the email address you registered with us at the time of placing the order) unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Items such as brake hoses are made to your personal order, are non-returnable & may well be worthless to anyone else, for this reason we suggest when measuring or planning the route of a brake or clutch hose you do so with care. We would suggest using something like windscreen washer hose or electrical cable to follow the proposed path of the hose including any bends or deviations that may be necessary & allowing room for parts which may not necessarily be fitted at this stage. Also do not forget to allow for steering lock to lock & suspension droop & bump; it is much better to have a hose a little too long than to have one even a fraction short which could have serious safety implications & should not be used in this fashion. When specifying a brake hose please give measurements from tip to tip of the hose, or, where banjo unions are fitted from centre to centre (or tip to centre where both male or female & banjo fittings are used on one hose). If you are unsure of the fittings you require you can tell us what vehicle the calipers & cylinders are from or the manufacturer such as Wilwood in the case of aftermarket parts. If you've not given us sufficient information we will need to get in touch, so please ensure email & telephone number information is supplied accurately.
Please be aware that due to monitor/computer differences and changes made by our supplier, the colour of hoses may differ slightly. We make hoses to a tolerance of + or - 5mm, it is ALWAYS better to have a hose slightly too long than too short, a short hose can be dangerous, so please make adequate allowance when specifying your hoses. If you require a hose where absolute accuracy is required then please contact us at the time of order & we will do our best to ensure accuracy

Payment & Security
All our prices are inclusive of taxes & shipping charges are clearly displayed as soon as you put anything in your cart - so no nasty surprises after you’ve spent some time shopping! Payment is due at the point of ordering, and can be by credit/debit card or Paypal. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. If you prefer not to send your card details in this way, please call us. All items show the current stock situation, however in the unlikely event of an item showing as in stock when ordered, but is not available your card/Paypal account will immediately be refunded. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, details of which can be seen at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Bespoke goods such as brake hoses purchased from us will normally fall under clause 13(c). The exception to this is a change of mind about your purchase.
Other items if supplied correct to order must be returned in “as new” condition, within 7 days & at the purchasers expense & responsibility. Such items will be subject to the deduction of sellers P & P costs & a 15% restocking charge
If a bespoke item has a mistake which was due to an error on behalf of Furore Products then we will replace or reimburse you. If an item is made and the error was on the order then the item will be deemed to be made as ordered. We will in all events endeavour to come to a happy conclusion.
