We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you.

sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, criminal convictions or offences and information about your health.
Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or to fulfil a contract between us and you do not provide us with the data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (e.g. delivery of goods or services) and we may have to cancel your order. DATA SECURITY

They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to exercise any of your rights. This is a security procedure to ensure that personal data is only disclosed to the person who has the right to receive it. We may therefore contact you for further information to speed up processing of your request.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests it may take us longer to process. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
