NOTE - None of our unions are supplied with nuts or bolts, all nuts and banjo bolts are sold separately, banjo fittings are provided with 2 copper washers per fitting
As these are custom, please understand that the orders will take time, the length of time between order and dispatch will vary dependent on the specification of the hose requested and the number of orders we currently have. I do my best to get all custom hose orders out within a week but again this can vary slightly, if you need an order in a hurry please message first as it may not be possible for me to get to your order if I have multiple other orders in at the same time and I can advise on a rough time frame
All measurements are inclusive of unions so please provide measurement from the center eye of a banjo and the furthest end of any other union, exclusive of any bends, i.e. the hoses are measured simply lying next to a tape measure so if you need a 90-degree bend on a union you do not need to measure around the bend of the hose, just to wherever the end of the union will end up.
The Price will automatically adjust as you enter your hose details if extra charges apply

10mm Banjo, (copper washers supplied FOC) straight or bent 5 - 90 degrees in 5-degree increments, banjos can also be swept to left or right
Banjo Bolts are not included with Banjo fittings, these can be found in the Brake Hose & Brake Parts section of the website
Male Bulkhead connector - without nut (supplied separately)
All the above available in 3/8 x 24 UNF, M10 x 1.0, or M10 x 1.25 threads

Please be aware that due to monitor/computer differences and changes made by our supplier, the colour of hoses may differ slightly. We make hoses to a tolerance of + or - 5mm, it is ALWAYS better to have a hose slightly too long than too short, a short hose can be dangerous, so please make adequate allowance when specifying your hoses. If you require a hose where absolute accuracy is required, then please contact us at the time of order & we will do our best to ensure accuracy.
